hauntedMedia is currently an independent creative label project and not yet registered as a formal business entity or company.
We operate as a non-registered collective focused on supporting independent and emerging artists through digital distribution, promotion, and collaboration initiatives.
What This Means
hauntedMedia currently operates under an informal structure — not as a corporation, LLC, partnership, or registered organization.
Any collaborations, agreements, or releases are conducted on a good-faith, non-contractual basis unless a written agreement is signed between you and hauntedMedia’s representatives.
Financial transactions (royalties, payments, or other exchanges) are handled transparently through trusted third-party services (e.g., distributors, PayPal, etc.) but are not subject to corporate liability protections.
Once hauntedMedia is formally registered, artists will be notified, and updated Terms of Service and Privacy documentation will be published.
